Your order is binding once we confirm it by email. Releases are made in limited batches. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT (moms). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay, and payment is handled through our secure Shopify checkout.

We ship to Denmark, the EU and selected countries worldwide.

• Denmark: Standard 55 kr, free on orders from 590 kr. Express 169 kr.
• EU and international: Standard 299 kr.

If your order has not arrived when you expect it, contact us and we will look into it.

Under Danish and EU law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. On top of that, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. See returns in our FAQ for how to return an item.

Refunds are made to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of our receiving your return.

You have a 2-year right to complain about defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. See our warranty for how to make a claim.

If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can bring it to the Danish Complaints Board, Nævnenes Hus, at naevneneshus.dk.

These terms are governed by Danish law. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
